Kimberly grew up in Long Island, NY where she attended undergraduate and graduate schools. Kimberly has had diverse experiences that allow her to support people cope while negotiating changes in their lives.
Kimberly’s areas of special interest include; children, adolescents, adults and families dealing with different issues. Her techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy for individuals with Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Behaviors, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Eating Disorders.
Kimberly has worked with individuals and their families, schools, libraries, and corporations. Working together using mindfulness and stress-reducing techniques to address concerns around peer relationships, self-esteem, body image, anxiety, and the enhancement of individual and family relationships.
Kimberly believes it is vital to create a safe space for individuals to help them make safer decisions while assisting them to have more gratifying experiences and maintain a strong connection to their true selves.
