Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Disciplines

Here at Vitality Center we offer numerous yoga classes from the beginner to the master. From Hatha/Vinyasa flow, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga to Chair Yoga, everyone can find something they love.

Hatha/Vinyasa Flow
Hatha yoga refers to a set of physical exercises (known as asanas or postures)designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine —so that energy can flow freely.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is intended to take the mindfulness that is found in all disciplines of yoga to the next level.

Prenatal Yoga
Research suggests that prenatal yoga can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies. Studies have suggested that practicing yoga while pregnant can also improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase the strength, flexibility, and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.

Chair Yoga
Yoga primarily for those who can’t get up and down on the floor. While it would lend itself more to seniors, it can still be a good exercise and benefit for all ages.
